The Failed Arrest

Officer Lewei is patrolling a semi abandoned apartment building. Her entire municipal police force is searching for an extremely dangerous murderer who has just robbed a bank. If any unit were to come across any sighting of this killer, they must immediately call for backup. Since the police force is spread thin, Lewei is tasked with patrolling this empty apartment. Will she succeed in catching this dangerous killer or will she become another one of her victims?
